Swap the time and frustrations associated with a crowded expo hall, with a curated series of high-value, private conversations with qualified delegates who are explicitly looking for technology discovery and partnership development.

OEMS, T1s, VCs, and startups use the MatchMaker platform to pre-schedule meaningful business discussions, looking for and working on new technologies in:

  • Expectations - Participants with compelling technology who actively manage the MatchMaker tool before Demo Day can expect between 5 and 10 curated introductions over 2 days.
  • Eligibility - Up to 50 companies can participate in our MatchMaker service every year. The MatchMaker is included for Autotech Council members, Demo Day exhibitors, and attendees with compelling mobility related technology who add the MatchMaker meeting service to their registration.
  • Onsite Meetings on Thursday Oct 15 - MatchMaker meeting schedules are personalized in advance based on your availability and interests. 150 in-person meetings are available every 15 minutes between 12:45 and 5:30.
  • Online Meetings on Friday Oct 16 - For participants whose Thursday was packed, who scheduled next day followup, or who did not attend Demo Day in person, virtual meetings are pre-arranged at mutually agreed times on Friday.

A well phrased elevator speech, succinct product profiles, photos and images, all contribute to introduce your innovation prior to the event. An intuitive interface makes setting up profiles easy and effective.

  • Profiles are set up prior to the MatchMaking event and can be reviewed and updated as needed
  • Add personal details, including headshot so that prospective partners can recognize you
  • Add company profile, logo, descriptions, keywords for meaningful matches
  • Add product profiles, include images, descriptions, development stage, market segment for focused conversations
  • MatchMaking takes place online over 2 weeks before the meeting day, with the majority of meetings scheduled the week before. Companies can field multiple delegates, request a specific meeting time, and requests may be accepted, declined, rescheduled or waitlisted, dependent on your individual goals.

PROVEN RESULTS

Delegates who use the MatchMaker service consistently secure more high-quality introductions and ongoing business conversations than they anticipated.
