Autotech Council's Annual Science Fair is a once-a-year opportunity to introduce forward-looking technologies and innovations to strategy, R&D, scouting, investing, and partnership executives from across the mobility industry.
Car makers, vendors, startups, academics, and investors promote their innovations, products and co-development projects in a show-and-tell format. 100s of tech scouts and business development executives across automotive, transportation, and mobility visit the Science Fair to shop for innovation, search for synergies, and brainstorm potential use cases with their innovation colleagues.

- Exhibits: Visitors browse your tech over 4 hours, walking through rows of projects and products on display and hearing startup pitches from the stage
- MatchMaker Service: Unlimited, pre-arranged 15-minute introductory meetings curated between future innovation partners, customers, and investors
- Startup Exhibitors: Discounted exhibit space for startups with option to pitch on stage
- Parking Lot Demos: Limited parking lot demos available first-come, first-served
- Ask an Engineer: Staff should know your technology inside and out and understand partnership opportunities

Unlimited 15-minute curated, private meetings with BD and R&D executives from carmakers, Tier 1 vendors, exhibitors, startups, Autotech Council members, and other MatchMaker participants available onsite and online.

MatchMaker Service
for Personal Onsite & Online Introductions
The MatchMaker Portal is now open. Matching will begin on Sept 30 (MatchMaker Participants listed here), so now is the time to build your list of tech and partnership priorities in the portal. Participants with compelling technology can expect between 5 and 10 introductions over 2 days.
- Oct 16 Onsite Meetings - over 100 prearranged, 15-minute, in-person, meetings will take place on site in the MatchMaker area at the Science Fair.
- Oct 17 Online Meetings - up to 300 online meetings are available online using the platform to schedule mutually convenient private zoom meetings.
