Autotech Council's Annual Science Fair is a once-a-year opportunity for technology companies to introduce their innovations to strategy, R&D, scouting, and partnership executives from across the mobility industry.

At the Science Fair, automotive vendors, mobility startups, and university programs share their innovations, new technologies and co-development projects in a show-and-tell format to 100s of tech scouts, strategy, investor and partnership executives from across automotive, transportation, and mobility.

Join industry leaders shopping for innovation, discovering companies and reviewing new technologies ready to transform automotive. After browsing the exhibits, select attendees will spend the afternoon being introduced to relevant executives via in back-to-back, pre-arranged, private meetings of mutual interest curated by our MatchMaker Meeting service.

Event Features

• Exhibits: 3 hours to browse projects and technical exhibits run by people who can truly answer your questions.
• Parking Lot Demos: Several vehicles and working demos are available in the parking lot.
• MatchMaker Meetings & Introductions: Unlimited private, curated introductions between exhibitors, members, and select attendees available onsite and online. Meetings registration required.
• Ask an Engineer: Tables are staffed by engineers who know the technology inside and out, not PR people.

MatchMaker Service for Meetings & Introductions 

Attendees with the EXPO & MEETINGS TICKET have access to 100s of pre-arranged, private meetings with MatchMaker participants (growing list here). MatchMaker delegates meet privately in 15-minute introductory meetings which are requested, accepted, and scheduled in advance.

• Onsite Meetings: Oct 17, 1-4pm. Back-to-back, 15-minute, introductions in a dedicated, quiet area at the Science Fair.
• Online Meetings: Oct 18, Any time. Pre-arranged online meetings over zoom available to MatchMaker participants who choose the unlimited meetings option.

Expo and Parking Lot Exhibitors

Exhibits are technical and hands-on, staffed by technical and engineering managers who can answer real questions, understand integration, and can brainstorm synergies and use cases.

• Expo & Meetings - $995 (free for members)
  Fill your afternoon browsing Science Fair exhibits between your curated schedule of private 15-minute MatchMaker meetings with exhibitors, startups and Autotech Council members. Extra MatchMaker meetings for virtual participants and for overflow and follow up are available online October 18th.
• Expo Pass - $20
  Doors open at 1 pm for visitors to browse the exhibits.
