Autotech Council’s Spotlight Series, hosted by Avanta Ventures, features a handful of interesting startups working in a single industry segment followed by an interactive conversation on the topic led by a few member experts. 

This 90-minute virtual session focuses on the innovation happening in vehicle insurance. As new models of self-driving cars emerge, along with new models of car ownership, the way we manage risk is also changing, and the car insurance sector with it. What are startups and innovators doing to shake up the insurance industry? We will meet 4 of them, followed by a roundtable on personal auto insurance with attendees, and leave some time for live networking at the end of the session.

Meeting Format - Virtual Lounge

Autotech Council’s Virtual Lounge is an online space where attendees can interact freely with one another before, during, and after the presentations and circulate during the networking breaks between virtual tables similar to our onsite meetings in Silicon Valley.

This meeting is available online only. Tickets are available until midnight prior to the meeting. Registered attendees get their link to Autotech Council’s Virtual Lounge delivered via email 24 hours before the meeting with the subject line “Remote Meeting Instructions”.

Though Autotech Council meetings are private and not recorded, members can access presentations, agenda, and attendee information in the member library for this and all Autotech Council meetings.
