Autotech Council's Annual Science Fair is a once-a-year opportunity to introduce your technology and innovations to strategy, R&D, scouting, and partnership executives from across the mobility industry.

Science Fair exhibits promote mobility and transportation innovations, products and co-development projects to tech scouts, business development executives, and investors across automotive and mobility.  Showcase your technology to car makers, vendors, startups and investors, and discover new partners and innovation synergies through a series of meaningful 1:1 conversations onsite at your exhibit table or online in pre-allocated zoom rooms.

Every year, 100s of participants share dozens of technologies and thousands of ideas at Autotech Council's Science Fair.  

Reach your audience onsite and online

Our onsite session on Oct 11 in Silicon Valley feels just like a high school Science Fair. Exhibits are technical and hands-on, not flashy; focusing on the innovation instead of superficial marketing and tradeshow booths, Science Fair exhibitors get an 8 foot table to display their most innovative products and ideas with exhibits staffed by technical and engineering managers who can answer real questions, understand integration, and can brainstorm synergies and use cases.  MatchMaker Meetings take place in a private area where participants can engage in meaningful business conversations to discover synergies and explore partnership opportunities.

MatchMaker Meetings continue on Oct 12 in the Autotech Council Portal, where participants can keyword-search product information, videos, technical content, and marketing collateral, and allow the platform to schedule mutually convenient private meetings in pre-allocated zoom rooms.

Exhibit Features & Options

  • Exhibits: Visitors browse your tech over 3 hours, walking through rows of projects and products on display
  • Startup Pavillion: Smaller tables in the startup area save money
  • Parking Lot Demos: Limited parking lot demos will be available first-come, first-served
  • Ask an Engineer: Staff your table with engineers who know your technology inside and out, and commercial team members who can speak to the deployment of your proposition
  • Product Directory: Projects and products listed in our online portal
  • MatchMaker Meetings: Pre-arranged, private, 15-minute introductions between exhibitors, attendees, and Autotech Members available onsite and online

Exhibitor Fees & Upgrades

  • Full Exhibitor Package- $5000 (free for members)
    Includes 8' table, product page in the Science Fair portal, exhibit listing in online directory and onsite brochure, and unlimited onsite and online MatchMaker introductions.
  • Limited Exhibitor Package- $4000
    Same as above but limited to 5, onsite-only, MatchMaker introductions
  • Startup Exhibitor - $4000
    Includes 30" cocktail table in Startup area, on-stage pitch, online & onsite directory listings, with unlimited onsite and online MatchMaker introductions.
  • Limited Startup- $3000
    30" tall table, online & onsite directory listings, no on-stage pitch, and maximum of 5, onsite-only, MatchMaker introductions.

OPTIONS

  • VIP Upgrade- $1000
    Premium location with extra branding: onsite, in the printed program, website, emails, calendar, and social
  • Sponsored Pavilion - email for pricing
    VCs and organizations with many companies or technologies to introduce can secure an area with several tables together.
