Demo Day Options

Demo Day is a packed afternoon of tech demos, product introductions, startup pitches, and curated introductions. Capacities are limited, so don't wait to register if you intend to participate.

• EXHIBIT 
  Max 30 Exhibitors
  Be one of 30 companies showing technology this year - either inside at a table or outside in the parking lot - to 300 attendees over 4 hours. Exhibitors also take private pre-arranged meetings onsite on Thursday and online on Friday curated through our MatchMaker Meetings introductions service. Details, options and exhibitor fees here.
• MATCHMAKER INTRODUCTIONS
  300 Meetings Available
  Curated, private introductions are scheduled in advance through our MatchMaker Meeting Service between Demo Day attendees who upgrade to participate in MatchMaker Meetings when they register. Meetings are pre-arranged onsite at Demo Day on Thursday Oct 15 with overflow meetings arranged online on Friday Oct 16. Register now and add the MatchMaker Service.
• STARTUP PACKAGES
  Max 15 Startups
  Up to 15 startups exhibiting at Science Fair each have the option to take to the stage on the expo floor to introduce their technology with a company pitch to mobility industry tech scouts and venture investors. Startup Packages also include the MatchMaker Meeting Service over 2 days. Details and fees for Startup exhibitors here.
• PARKING LOT DEMOS

  Limited parking lot demos available to exhibitors first-come, first-served, at no extra cost.
• EXPO ONLY
  Early-bird pricing available now
  Along with browsing the exhibits and trying the demos, you can discover 15 startups pitching on stage. Normally $40 tickets, the first 25 are on sale for $25, so register now.

MatchMaker Service for Meetings & Introductions

MatchMaking is included for Autotech Council members, Demo Day exhibitors, and attendees who add the MatchMaker meeting service to their registration.

MatchMaking begins on Oct 1 and schedules fill quickly, so don't wait to sign up if you'd like your own share of introductions. Details on how this service works and who uses it here.

• Onsite Meetings: Thursday Oct 15 from 1-5 PT
  15 back-to-back meeting slots available onsite to MatchMaker participants. Each meeting is 15-minutes at dedicated table inside the exhibit area.
• Online Meetings: Friday Oct 16
  For participants whose Thursday was packed, who scheduled next day followup, or who did not attend Demo Day in person, virtual meetings are pre-arranged at mutually agreed times on Friday.
